First answer works ok. Take the shelf out first then lever up the bottom tab with a screwdriver, then squeeze it of at the top rim.

Push the sides in hard,it feels that it is going to brake,but it won't. Whilst pushing in each side,pull down and the cover opens. Then just simply unscrew the bulb and replace.
