how do i make a bath side panel covered with carpet to match the carpet on the floor?

make a frame from 1"x 1" timber screw to floor and walls (most baths have a wood batten underneath if you can screw to this you won't need to screw to wall)and cover with thin ply board then glue carpet to ply also check floor for signs of pipes, cables etc. before screwing through floorboards
