Scantronic 9651 - reset required?

Hi getting a sounder tamper error message & only have user code. How do I reset?

K, if you could correct this problem you wouldnt be asking now would you,
Call in an engineer, You cannot reset a tamper fault, it needs to be rectified, and the next person to phone me and ask for a reset code on any of the Scantronic panels im gonna hang up on them. Us engineers do not have magic codes to reset panels, we have to de-fault them back to factory settings, and then put codes in.

Well, I suppose it comes down to whether I've worked on that panel or not, in this case - I haven't.

Trouble with the 9651, unless changed at install. Tampers are ENG reset.
