My washer has been in storage for a year after I moved house (and country) and has developed a bit of mold! I've cleaned it out but when I turned on the machine it started filling for a few seconds and then beeped, telling me that it needed service. Unfortunately F&P are not sold here so there is no professional to service it. I think the internal filler hose probably just needs to be cleaned but don't really know how to so this. Can you help???

When it said it needed service, what error code did it display? There is no internal filler hose to clean and the inlet water valve cannot be opened to clean out. It will be something else. Once you supply the error code I can advise you. Where are you when you say there is no F&P service here?
