my epson cx6400 All-in-one printer will not print anything?

I have done all the maintance things three or four times but it still will not print anything. I know that the nozzle is stopped up but don't know what to do from here on. What do you suggest that I try?

There is an 'error' message in the window. It will not respond to any button press. It say see and engineer or see the manual. I do not have the manual.

I could do with a little more info on this one. If the printer trying to print but nothing is coming out on paper - or is the printer not responding at all to printing requests? If it's the former then try www.internet-ink.co.uk who can supply you with a cleaner catridge that works like a normal ink cartridge but will clean your printer nozzles. If it's the latter, check your cable between your printer and PC. If you're using a USB connection, try not to run it through a USB hub, plug in straight into your PC and not through one of those 4-way USB hubs.
