murray ride on mower 125/96?

no forward or reverse gears cant get to move,checked belt and ok, gear selector moves in axle any ideas?

It's unusual to hace no gears at all - check that the axle shaft isn't rotating within the wheel hub - sometimes the axle drive key can shear. Check BOTH sides.
