What could be the cause of my Fisher and Paykel IW812 washing machine overflowing whilst beeping and saying "Help I am not getting any water!" It does not do it on every load. It is usually set to cold water and auto level. Is there anything I can do or do I need to get a service call???

If it does not do it every wash then it may be a faulty water level sensor which is mounted on & part of the main PCB controller. You will need to call someone out to check that as it is not DIY serviceable.
