My brand new Hampton Bay/Martha Stewart 9ft. rectangle umbrella pole bent in the wind last year and broke in half. the upper portion is brand new still and I refuse to purchase a new umbrella due to a cheap alluminum pole. Any help would be greatful

You don't expect to get parts of products made in Asia do you?. Not cheap by UK standards after conversion I'd wrap it around their neck if they didn't replace it free.
All you could do is go to a metal store/yard see if you can get a pole or a good hardwood one turned on one end to fit in the intact section.
