Unable to flush water into toilet, Have put 2 litres of water in flush tank and then drained it out via the hose. Each time "gunk" has come out at the end of each draining but now only clear water comes out and it still wont flush.

may be pump stuck access drawings pdf's to locate pump lift out pump turn upside down....no the pump then if you cansee impeler blades turn gently with small screwdriver un till it feels reasonably free try flushing by placing in tank loose see if that cured it. also check for current at pump.
