I have my lap top running on vmedia wireless router, i recently bought a desk top comp and want to add this to wireless also, i bought the flash drive usb and installed it with the disk provided, but still cant get a connection onto the desk top can anyone help me with advice, im not comp lit so no jargon answers please

Navigate to network connections and right click on the wireless icon - select View Available Wireless Networks - select one and connect to it.

Your wireless device needs to be told what to do - it does no know which of the wireless signals it can see belongs to you.
