My Nissan is starting to make a very strange noise when I lock it. The central locking sound is almost a laboured noise now instead of quick click with each press of the key.
Has anybody had this problem? Was it costly to fix?

this has been happening to mine for a few weeks, and i did nothing about it. ......NOW i can't get into the car at all. Central locking has completely gone!

I have the same problem with my Note. Didn't think much of it as it's been doing it's since I've had it (1 year now). But at my recent Service I was told it shouldn't be doing it, it was a common fault with this car and cost to fix was approx £189.
