how do i change a broken tumbler belt in a simpsom sirocco 500?

I have a Simpson Sirocco 500 tumbler dryer that is running but the drum is not moving. I suspect the drum belt has snapped. Can get replacement belt, but no one to change it. How do I change it myself. Please help.
