The 'Wash Plus' light is on (and won't be turned off) as well as the display showing an icon that looks like a key.

It's a built in model and I can't find the book that came with it, so can't tell you what model it is.

It is a child lock just hold the start button then it will come off

I have determined that the model is WFIX2840GB/26 if that helps anyone. It's approx 4-5 years old. I can't find a meaning for the 'key', so really don't know if this is something simple that I could possibly fix myself or if this is an indication for something more terminal! Any help would be most appreciated.
