beko fridge/freezer stopped working?

I had a short on the same circuit as my fridge/freezer (beko). after fixing the short everything else is working ok but not even the front panel on the beko is working, there is no compressor noise , nada, nowt not a sound nor light.

Is there an internal fuse I can check? will it reset itself after a period of time or is there a PCB that is likey to have died?

so i'll need to find a way to get into the control panel on the door to access the pcb. btw it was a short in a junction box or rather a broken wire that had shorted.

no internal fuses only the one in the plug
if it is a pcb controlled one then yes it could be a faulty pcb.I assume something else tripped the electrics and not the Beko???
