i have plumbed in my new fridge freezer although the water comes out fine the ice isnt working. have pulled out tray and just looks like new, any ideas please.

we have also just got this model and after plumbing in this morning, the water dispenser worked fine, we went shopping, tried to get some water and its not working :(
not sure on the ice as its only been plumbed in a few hours but at the moment we have 9 ice cubes so it will be interesting to see if it works later on.
