How can I fix my MN2100-WA Rev B motor control board?

Something is causing the MOC3052 opto coupler to burn out on my motor control board. When this chip burns out the tread motor does not work. Any suggestions on what is causing this. Is there somewhere that I can get a schematic of the board?
