How can I fix/repair my belt Flymo Vision Compact 350?

I think the belt on my Flymo Vision Compact 350 has broken off. How can I replace it?
2 strips have completely snapped off and on having a further look it appears to be part of the belt still attached to the machine. Does this sound normal?
