Light tunr signals not working?

I have a 1999 hyundai accent with an automatic transmision. The light signals are not wroking, I have checked the fuses and the bulbs and both are fine, what else could be the prorblem?

If both sides aren`t working its proably a bad flasher and have found where the turn signal switch in colm is bad
