It's an Exxel multi programme slim-line machine about 7 years old. It's performance had started to be poor last week but I was busy and decided to put a cleaning product designed for dishwasher in this week (I do this fairly regularly). However before I got to do that, I noticed last evening that the machine is not filling with water. The timer acts as though it's working but obviously it can't without water! Help?
