home dvd creator?

my grandson has damaged my cd software for my dvd creator. can i get a replacement?

You may try using peer to peer (P2P) networks to get an image file that you'll be able to burn on a new CD.
Some popular ones are: BitTorent and MicroTorent (uTorent)
Use http://torrent-finder.info/ to locate the torrent file for the file you need.

If you need to reinstall, it can be done directly from the image using a DVD drive emulator that can mount the image as if it was an actual disk in an actual drive.
I use the Virtual Clone Drive emulator. It's free for personnal use. Keep in mind that there are many other available, and that most are free.
