I have a Mountfield SP461-R and when I start the engine it will only run at full revs despite what the throttle setting is. All of the linkages appear to be operating fine and all are attached. The only way to limit revs is to run it on full choke, thus restricting the air intake.
Any suggestions on what the problem could be?
