engine idle speed seams to be a little high how can they be adjusted as the manual says it is controled by the computer, could it be adjusted manually by conecting a meter some where and what do i need to adjust.

I had a vtr saxo with same problem.Turned out to be a dodgy connection on the throttle body sensor plug.Try moving the plug a little in situ to see if the tickover speed goes back to normal.I had to eventually tie the sensor plug to it's fitting with fine chord to cure over revving.Hope this helps.
