My ativa dx180du does not accept paper?

The shreders motor will work only in the reverse swith position. I tested the motor by it self and it works properly in foward and reverse modes.

I have same problem. I discovered though, that the lever that switches on the microswitch that in turn switches on the motor, is stuffed. Now to locate that lever. No luck yet.
