Belling built in oven wont resett after power failure?

Hi I have a rented property with a built in Belling XOU60FPW, recently we had a power cut and I am unable to resett the oven to use, any thoughts, I have pushed the buttons in various combinations with no sucess.

The time needs to be set - any time will do.

With the clock flashing depress and hold in buttons 2&3 from the left - use plus and minus to set time.
