i have just put a new leo vince touring exhaust on my wifes speedfighter 2 now i have lost all power it will only reach 40mph where it used to go to 60mph with the old system ! there was an extra pipe on the old exhaust which was connected to a rubber pipe leading to the front of the bike not to sure what this was for as it does not fit on to the new system ! could this be the problem ?

the pipe on the old exhaust was for the exhaust emissions. block the end of the rubber pipe . or this will affect the performance.

Try lighter rollers such as 5 gram items. Or try taking three rollers out to leave three in a triangular pattern, might be worth upping to an 85 main jet.
