How to fix washing machine Zanussi AquaCycle 500 Plus if it dose not spin ?

My washing machine Zanussi AquaCycle 500 Plus does not spin.
Water in and out is normal.
I can hear the sound of the machine cut on and off --as if it is on its normal spin cycle.
How to fix it ?
