hi.....me again.......so you saying that even if you press the wall control button and the arm toggle switch separately the lift does not move in either direction as well!!!!!!!!!!if yes .i would say it is wires in your trailing cable fusing together/breaking.......if you leave the lift at the bottom and go to top of stairs and pull out trailing cable and see/feel for any lumps appearing in the full lenght of cable if so this could be the problem also check the wago plug connections on either end of trailing cable aswell as these can sometimes work loose.......let me know how you get on.....regards
