The anti flood device has tripped due to the door being opened whilst machine had water in it. Thats the safety system to prevent your kitchen being flooded. Just unplug from wall, pull machine from under worktop and with front of machine facing you, tip machine up to 45 degrees to the right (so only RH front & RH rear wheels are in contact with the floor. Have an old towel ready to mop up the 1/2 pint of water or sothat will come out onto floor. Put back on wheels, plug in and it should work normally. Done this loads of times with our when kids have accidentally opened the door mid cycle. Good luck, Cheers Gareth
