Hey i have a 1997 ford Courier, how do you bleed the deisel system?

I have a 1997 Ford Courier Deisel, how do i bleed the deisel system? I have primed up to the filter, and wound the motor over while cracking the injectors open to release the air, It will go then die. Please help.
