Mine is a Neff U1322 oven. The manual says to unscrew the cover anticlockwise but I get no movement out of it. Any suggestions??

1) take the oven out of the cabinet
2) take the back off (about 10 crossheads)
3) unscrew bulb & replace

Might be a better way but that's how I did it while replacing the element
