Zanussi Jet System 1200 XS?

On cotton cycle my washing MACHINE (ZANUSSI 1200 XC) Jet System, makes a hole in the clothing, every other cycle is ok, wonder why? any ideas.

Gentle wipe your hand over the surface of the drum over all of the holes cause it sounds like you"ve got a spur on the drum also check the plastic paddles are tight
