I have a 206 D turbo and have had a 206 LX and have had the same prob when i put left or right hand indicators on sometimes it stops indicating and the headlights come on and now with the D Turbo the windscreen wiper stalk is playing up so when i put it on the rear wiper works on its own and is a pain to try and turn off. Any ideas guys its driving me MAAAAAADDD

Common problem,you need a new stalk unit itis called a COM 2000,Google it or search this site for info.
