I have a 2004 megane and the central locking will not work, I have changed the batteries on the fob ignition keys x 2 and nothing. with entry to the car I can still start, just can't lock. please any help. I am stuck on foreign soil without lingo!!!

MEGANE RF RESYNCHRONISING

Hold the remote control button down for longer than 10 seconds (until the red tell-
tale light on the key extinguishes) then press it again 3 times.
Check that the doors lock and unlock correctly.
