FDW70 4years old. Suddenly started producing smeary glasses etc. Used 'Finish' D/W cleaner twice, added salt even tho' in soft water area (Devon), topped up and adjusted rinse aid, checked filters and holes/operation of sprayer arms still no change. It's now beginning to smell musty even though the water pumps away freely. Can't understand the sudden change. Internal blockage? Wife's going bananas. Not a pretty sight. HELP

is it just glass that is effected?.Could be the glass at fault?.It doesn't last for ever in a dishwasher.As you live in a soft water area stop putting salt in the water softener and see what happens.This could well be an issue with the water softener failing!
