over heating ?

hi guys, my name is chris.. i have a Gilera DNA50, i am having trouble with my bike's temprature gauge. its full and keeps flashing, i was wondering if anyone could spare me some advice on what to do or where to go to get it sorted out. thanks guys much appreciated :)

Have you checked out why it's flashing? for example, if the wire from the temperature sender unit is shorted the gauge will always read hot, blocked or restricted coolant hoses etc etc.
