is caught in a loop cycle. the screen show the samsung with the blue bar as loading, then it goes to the cricket screen and then it repeats. it will not turn on or off. the only way to turn off is by taking the battery out.
try power it down , by takeing the battery out and the sim card , over night", try pressing the volume as you press the power on , it might take it out of the cycle, but i would try powering it down over night,,
