Horn not working, need to re-wire to steering wheel, how do I get into steering wheel, what about the air bag?

u dont say which horn is inop..have u checked fuse...wiring in n/s harness can break

seldome get faults with horn at steering wheel,norm bad or rusted connections at horn its self,stay well clear of the air bag,unless you know what your doing,
