Brand: Ativa, Model Type: DQ121MDn. How or where, and how much will it cost to get a new shredder assembly for this Unit??? Can this new assembly be purchased On-Line? Can it be purchased at a walk-in repair shop? I took the whole unit apart, it defininatly needs a new cutting gear assembly currently the gears do not align some of the plastic guides are completley missing. Many of the steel ponits on the shredder wheels are bent beyond repair.

This Gear Assembly, consists of the (2) two (Shredder),i.e.: Cutting Roller Gear Units and their White Plastic Guides, completely damaged .The Drive Gear Assembly Train, that drives the (2) two (Shredder),i.e.: Cutting Roller Gear Units itself are not damaged and in good shape.

This was purely a case of to much paper, it just could not handel the thickness. Can you HELP? Thank You.
