my DAEWOO FRS-U20DC side by side fridge freezer is not freezing the ice mak?

how can I sort out my daewoo FRS-U20DC FRIDGE FREEZER the ice maker and top shelf wont freeze but the bottom half appears to be ok the supper freeze button has no effect but the fridge appears to be ok

Happened to me and replaced freezer fan as wasnt turning fast enough!after replacing its working like new!
