vauxhall vectra c 2.2 diesel in limp home constantly?

hope you can help firstly because this is driving me mad. my car began going into limp home when i gave it a boot full and a quick key off and on would reset it. It then started coming on at start up but would clear itself after 2-3 minutes. now it is constanlty in limp home mode i have had fault codes read and am getting p0400 egr low voltage this coming stright on after key on and after start up i get p0380 glowplug circuit voltage. I have tookoff egr and cleaned up also i have cleaned all blending flaps and throttle body etc. i have checked vacuum and appears to be good turbo waste gate is working fine and vaccum at all sensors. i found a small split in one which i have repaired. i have taken off the electric section of the egr and the valve is free as a bird also tried a maf meter to no avail please help i need wiring diagrams i think to check for feeds and grounds
