leyland daf 45?

filled up with fuel, would not start called breakdown said need to replace fuel filters , have done this drove for 25 miles ok ,now running lumpy any ideas thanks

have you cleaned out sedimenter also, if not then remove it using 10mm spanner and clean out also remove gauze filter and clean refit and bleed
