Ariston FZ 891 dead and no display?

I have an Ariston FZ 891 P1 1X Aus oven 3 years old that is totally dead. There is mains power to the oven but no display. The controller board and display board show no damage or burnt out components, there is no fan or heating when controls are turned on suggesting controller failure rather than display board.

There is a set (5 or 6)of electrical test terminals (diagnostic test points?)at the top left of the inner cover which have 0.06 VDC across them. I would assume they would normally have voltages such as 5VDC, 12VDC etc.

Could it be that the oven automatically shuts down if a fan or other component fails?

Any suggestions appreciated.
