how do you lock the injection pump on peugeot 206 1.4 hdi,have lined up crank and cam shaft and locked with pins but no hole in engine block behind pump pulley?i have an engine out of a 2005 car and their is a hole for the pin to go in.any sugestions would be apreciated

if its a common rail diesel engine then pump dosent need to be timed,injectors are opened electrically.
