Is there a simple method of relacing the dipped headlight bulb without removing the bumper.I can remove the cover inside but getting the outside clip back on is practically impossible.

Firstly I was mistaken in not putting my vehicle description in, (2004 x type Jaguar 2ltr diesel) I had initially gone to Jaguar repairs so mistakenly assumed that it was x types we were discussing.For that I apologize.However numb-nuts is not a name I like or appreciate,If my request upset you so much why not jest ignore it and find something more to your liking.

there are some motors where it is a two or three hour job to change a bulb but dont know what motor you have
