whats causing blue streaks in my dishwasher?

i have a AEG FAVORIT 50765 dishwasher. the items are still coming out dirty and the glasses have a blue smearing on them. There is a blue sreaking on the door of the dishwasher. Have read the manual but no help.
Any ideas?

milky and not washed is either blocked holes in spray arms or fault water softener
