Make sure when you put the park brake lock on that the light changes on the dashboard. most Twin cut plus machines will not start unless park brake is locked on. If that is okay check the hydro pedal if fitted is neutralised. Remove panel behind pedal and check safety switch behind is working correctly. It should click off when in neutral and if it doesnt then machine will not start. After that it is time to check circuit board and fuses
