Iveco 75E15 rear spring?

I recently changed a rear spring on my Iveco 75e15 horsebox.Does anyone know the torque settings for:-

1.The rear U bolts
2.The bolts holding the rear spring hanger to the chassis
3. The front shackle pin bolt/nut
4. The swinging rear shackle bults/nuts
5. The antiroll bar nut/bolt where it conects to the U bolt plate.

I could tighten to a general torque of Blue in the face and then some but I would like to be correct if possible
RAJECK, April 2011
U Bolts - 445 +/- 45 Nm
Rear Mount - 227 +/- 23 Nm
Front pin - 623 +/- 62Nm
Rear shackle bolts - 445 +/- 45 Nm
Sway bar to axle mount - 311 +/- 31Nm

most garages just use an air gun to tighten the bolts, only thing i ever seen them use a torgue wrench is on the head bolts, and even then, the experience guy can "feel"the right tension for the bolts,
