i have a samsung fridge and freezer its a rf26vabwp the ice maker stopped working i checked the water line and i have water. water comes out at the door and i tryed the reset button but still no ice being made i check the temp for the freezer i have it set at -2 it was set at 0 before and talked to a tec he told me to turn it down to -2 that did not help i even pulled the filter out and ran it for a few days with no filter what can i try now thanks
