Hi,

I have a Micromark safe serial no ex 2004021093 but I have lost the operating manual, it is open I don't have a key can I still use it just with the key pad or would I need to replace the key. can you help please.

Thanks for your reply, how do you operate the safe is there an instruction manual that I could see as I cant work out how lock it or open it.

The key is for use when the batteries run out in the keypad.
So yes you can use without the key but make sure the batteries are fully charged and changed every two months or you will be locked out!

Otherwise get ina locksmith, or if it is small enough take it to one for a key to be made.
