My machine stopped working and the pre-wash light flashes 4-times. Having read a few posts I removed the motor and changed the brushes (fitted them the right way round) although the original brushes were completely worn out I still have the same problem. Machine runs through the program but the motor never moves.
Can anyone point me to the likely cause?
